Ideal for longer stays such as moving, insurance claims, project work, second home.
Located directly on the cycle path and the river Main. Our house is an absolute insider tip. On the ground floor, the Küppersbusch kitchen impresses with all the necessary appliances for cooking. Parking space to the left of the house.
I am passionate about creating new spaces for my guests: In 2020, I converted family rooms: two small bedrooms with a connecting door and a washbasin V&B with a mirror and a loggia. You sleep very peacefully here: no TV, but WiFi! The photos with striking wall light (PUK) and a great wall print by photographer Carina Koch from Kitzingen provide a foretaste.

I have decided to rent apartments with service: I change your bed linen every 7-14 days. Every 3-7 days I clean the apartment or do the necessary to-do tasks such as taking out the trash and sorting it first, filling the dishwasher with salt and rinse aid, cleaning the bathroom, etc. I will send you my house rules. Please ask me about them.

Please note that we cannot accept immediate bookings for third parties such as fitters or similar. Please ask us first. We will approve it. And then you are welcome to book!

Schöne Wohnung, sehr ruhig gelegen

Haben uns zu viert für 10 Tage eingemietet, nichts zu beanstanden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und geräumig. In der näheren Umgebung ist es sehr ruhig, wie zu erwarten war. Die Vermieterin ist sehr reaktiv und jederzeit verfügbar, falls es Fragen oä gibt.

Spezieller Aufenthalt

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für 1 ganzen Monat gebucht, da wir eine Inbetriebnahme einer Maschine in Würzburg hatten und daher für mehrere Nächte und Mitarbeiter eine Unterkunft gesucht hatten. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und ordentlich vorzufinden. Die Vermieter in war freundlich und hilfsbereit und ist auch auf die Wünsche der Mitarbeiter eingegangen. Allerdings behält sich die Vermieterin das Recht durch die Hausordnung in die Wohnung zu gehen. Leider war es in der Zeit in der unserer Mitarbeiter unten waren sehr kalt von den Außentemperaturen her wodurch die Heizungen auch etwas höher gedreht werden mussten. Allerdings wurden diese täglich runter gedreht wenn unsere Mitarbeiter arbeiten waren. Das heißt Abends war es kühl in der Wohnung, sodass es in T-Shirt für die Mitarbeiter zu kalt war. Schlussendlich war das Thermostat an der Heizung verstellt es wurde nicht mehr richtig warm. Das Temperaturproblem sah die Vermieterin leider anders, da einfach jeder ein andere Wärmeempfinden hat. Die weiteren 3 Monate mussten wir leider aufgrund von Diskrepanzen stornieren und anderweitig etwas suchen für den Aufenthalt. Ansonsten hat alles soweit gepasst wenn man mit den 4 Seiten Hausordnung zurecht kommt.
