Beautiful two-storey house located on a quiet street in the privileged urbanisation of Cala Llonga.
On the ground floor, there is a large living room with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, wifi, table and chairs and lovely decoration in light tones. The living room has access to a terrace from where we can see the sea with outdoor furniture for 6 diners.
It has a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, hand blender, capsule coffee machine and Italian coffee maker and everything necessary.
Independent laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
It has three double bedrooms, two of them on the ground floor with two beds each and a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor, we find a double room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has access to a spacious terrace with views.
In addition, the villa has a safe without combination, cot and high chair, portable barbecue
