CHEATED. I had booked a room for a day as my flight was departing late at night. I called and informed them I will arrive late. When I arrived the person at the counter said there was no booking under my name. The neighborhood and the hotel itself were shabby. I decided to wait at the airport. On the way to the airport I had my taxi driver call the hotel and they shamelessly told him they had a room booked in my name but they gave it away to another customer who offered more cash on the spot.
