I had a wonderful stay at Savoy Seychelles. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. We got upgraded and was so appreciative considering the occasion. Thank you Savoy for a wonderful stay. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
This hotel was amazing, beautiful, perfect location and the service was wonderful 😊
Had an okay stay but disappointed when the hotel wouldn't honor our booking that included breakfast. In fact, rather than fixing it, they told us to figure it out through the original booking site, who actually confirmed we should've gotten breakfast. In addition to that, we then were forced to order breakfast via room service, which didn't seem that bad at first except they would often forget part of our order and come back over 20 minutes with it. Lastly, for our checkout, we were leaving when one of the staff asked us to stay and speak with the manager. We had a flight to catch and the taxi was also waiting for us....why could they not have arranged something earlier and not delayed is further from the flight? It did not feel like a resort and we regret spending our time in the Seychelles here.
Our trip here was great! Food was expensive at the hotel but there was cheaper street food available nearby. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating except for allowing late checkout.
This hotel would have had a perfect rating if it were not for one issue. Some of the staff in the 3 different restaurants are not the most knowledgeable or hard working. It could be part of the so called charm of "island time" but sometimes I was frustrated with the customer service. However, if I requested a manager to help facilitate the fixing of issues, the managers that I encountered were excellent. Otherwise, the Savoy is great. I recommend getting half board - breakfast and dinner.
Great all the way. Food was great. Room amazing and pool and beach are awesome
