Tyler at checkout was rude and I had to complain to mgmt to get our room we booked timely. No hot water on departure day which made for a long travel day. Pool was nice and nachos and drinks at the pool were great.

We always love this hotel we did not leave once so many options for eating movie theater arcade for kids bowling grandkids had fun

We loved the property. The room was great. The views were amazing! The only issues we had were the coffee pot did not work properly, would fight with it every morning just to get it to work and then the coffee would not be hot. The TV was a pain to work. It would not stay connected to the Internet. While our personal devices stayed connected without issue, the tv would get disconnected constantly and we would spend more time trying to reconnect it than we did actually watching tv. Was very frustrating.
