Damnable hotel

Although I received the confirmation e-mail from hotel, my reservation was overbooked. However, there was no words of apology. Instead, the staff said that they prepared a room for me in another hotel with same quality. I followed the staff, but the hotel was not at same quality. No hot water, no wifi, very dirty bed and sheets, so many mosquito in the room... While I checked inside of room, the staff fled. It was unacceptable experience.

hotel tres bien situé le personnel est souriant et aimable les problemes sont reglé rapidement chambre spacieuse et propre avec grande télé comme tous les hotels economie d energie c est la mode mais quand t as besoin de ta lampe de poche pour fouiller dans ta valise c est le boutte la literie est bonne mais les serviettes de bains t as l impression de t essuyer avec un linge a vaisselle j aime pas le resto de l hotel on y mange tres bien et les prix sont respectable hotel a recommander

Le Coco Lodge offre un environnement trÚs agréable aux détails soignés. Le gérant de l'hÎtel, trÚs souriant, s'applique pour que tout le monde puisse se sentir à l'aise. Le restaurant est de bonne qualité et la piscine aussi. Les réceptionnistes sont trÚs compétentes. Rien à reprocher. Cet hÎtel est génial!

Excellent séjour d'un remarquable rapport qualité/prix. La restauration dans l'hÎtel est excellente pour Madagascar qu'elle soit internationale, libanaise ou locale. Le personnel est trÚs à l'écoute et toujours souriant, un grand plus. TrÚs bon séjour, nous recommandons.

Det var et fint vÊrelse, receptionisten var rigtig sÞd og nettet virkede rigtig godt, men... 1. de var igang med ombygning af poolen, sÄ den kunne ikke bruges (hvilket ikke stod nogen steder) 2. Der var ikke noget varmt vand 3. Morgenmaden: kaffen var kold og der var rÄ Êggehvide i spejlÊggene 4. De ansatte bagtalte og grinede af os, da vi spurgte om nye Êg 5. Fjernsynet havde 1 engelsk kanal (CNN) men den virkede ikke. SÄ alt i alt er hotellet alt for dyrt ift hvad man fÄr
