The staff is warm and welcoming, the rooms are cosy...the garden n plants are well kept n beautiful...and they also have bicycles n a basketball court !! Its the perfect place for a quick family getaway! It was my parents 25th ANNIVERSARY and after the staff got to know about it, they decorated my parents room with flowers, balloons and swans made of towel folding. The buffet though limited is delicious and totally affordable. Thank you so much to the staff !! -Sawhney family

It was a very nice stay. Amazing rooms, delicious food, the breakfast spread was just awesome. Staff was friendly. Must visit. Just two things were a turn-off. Free wi- fi should have been provided. This is like a mandatory service these days. Also, the bathrooms were a bit small. Rest it was just perfect. A beautiful and a wonderful place.

Excellent service... Great ambience and view... Friendly staff... Great variety of food in buffet... The assistant housekeeping manager, Mr. Snehasish Panda was very co-operative... In short, lovely place to spend some quality time with your family!!!

This was our third time to stay at MPG, Mahabaleshwar. Very cosy atmosphere. Specially warm welcome by staff. As this was our third visit, we were recognised by staff members and gave us "Namste" position salute. Mr.Panda, House keeping Manager and Ravindra greets us and offered special services. Food quality was improved and differentiate than previous one. Good. Mr.Dudwani,Hotel Manager , instructed all staff to care us as VIP customer. So we add this place as our most preferred destination.

It was totally amazing to stay at this hotel. The serene and scenic all around specially sunset won my heart. Rooms are spacious and clean,Food is out of this world,I still have the taste in my mouth. Front office staff specially Mr.Surender Sharma has been very courteous and went out of the way to make us feel so special. Keep it up guys.

The MPG club is one amazing place to stay at Mahabaleshwar. We were staying in a deluxe room on ground floor. The room was very big and clean with very nice veranda for a sit out.We used to sit here and enjoy our tea.The bathroom was very neat and clean also. They have a big area for morning walks which has beautiful valley view. The best part we liked was they have lovely covered place in the lobby where 10 people can sit around a table and have fun.We had two painting sessions here where we all enjoyed and learnt little bit of painting techniques. The food was amazing The breakfast spread was very good and above all the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The pool and spa also were nice

we chose deluxe room as per the recommendation from the hotel itself since we were 2 adults + a kid and according to them this room would suit us as its a bit large. However, still felt the room was a bit cramped for my liking. checked the standard room and that was a bit small than deluxe. The rooms though are pretty good, with good sit out area, neat clean bathrooms. However, one thing which I really didnt like was the old nature of the switches, some of them didnt work, some of them were very loose, almost felt like it might lead to a minor short circuit. The property is pretty good as well. The best part is that it has great open spaces, with a beautiful open lawn where one can take a nice walk, kids can take their bicycles for a ride, people can play as well. Good sit out area as well perched right above the lawns, adds to your relaxation quotient. Can feel very windy in the evenings. the property is tucked away from the main town, so pretty quaint, no hulla gulla, unless they have a function/ wedding being on the lawns. They have a nice small play area for small kids. also have cycles on offer for the kids to stroll around which is a nice thing. The pool is a decent sized pool, however it is tucked in a corner under the shades of trees which can be its undoing, as the water remains very cold all day long. Very few people can dare to have a plunge into it. I certainly could not muster the courage. The Spa, atleast for me, was a let down. I opted for a deep tissue massage, and the staff seemed to be in a hurry to finish off the day. Also the steam cubicle was very small and felt claustrophobic. The upkeep also wasnt great. Could feel 'Chalta Hai' attitude in the spa area. Lastly, We had chosen the CP plan. The Breakfast spread was pretty good with decent quality, however the pastry / bakery (muffins / donuts) stuff was really NOT upto the mark. Felt like more than a day or two old, very dry. Brought it to the notice of the staff, but nothing changed for the next 2 days as well.

MPG CLUB is one of the best hotels in which I have stayed and probably the best hotel in Mahabaleshwar. All the services were remarkable, right from the activities to the dining. The staff was quite helpful and friendly and the rooms were also luxurious and comfortable.

Very good house keeping people . Good service . Excellent ambience. Lovely place with a spectacular view yet close to the market. Heritage structure. The housekeeping people had made a very nice Ganapti out of towels very nice and co operative people
