Please note that this is very far from a common occurrence, but the tropical vegetation on our small island does allow for some ants and mosquitos naturally. Pest control via fogging and spraying is being done regularly to control spread of mosquitoes in the resort as well as to eradicate their breeding habitats. Naturally we were sorry to read that you felt the F&B offering to be expensive and that this had a negative impact on your overall experience. Placing great importance on the overall guest experience and transparency of our offerings, it was disappointing to read this feedback as we certainly try our utmost to communicate all F&B options and their respective pricing with our guests at reservation stage and we also publish all our menus with prices on our brand website. The remote location of the Maldives and the considerable logistics involved in importing premium fresh quality food, unfortunately can add up to premium prices on dishes when comparing them to dishes available in less remote locations. We evaluate our pricing consistently with those offered at competitor resorts and are pleased to share that our price offering does remain more attractive.
