A simple but clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. The room was simple but clean. It is a quiet village which was fine for us but not a lot wothin walking distance if you are looking for soemthing lively. Would reccoomend for a night or two if you are travelling around the lakes on a budget

Didn't like the room I got

The hotel gave us room at 3rd floor and since there was no elevator, we carried our bags on 5 sets of stairs. As we were sweating, realized that room had no Air conditioning, and a single pedestal fan was not good enough for 3 beds, so went downstairs to talk to hotel manager. She was reluctant in giving us another fan, but eventually agreed to it. The bathroom was good size, but water pressure at 3rd floor was so low that me and my wife had to wait for a long time to finish the shower, with soap all over. My son skipped the shower. The hotel is at a good mountain location and breakfast was ok.

Unexpected Beauty in the heart of Ventimiglia

This was a highlight of our trip to Europe! Staying at Green Park was the most comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean and bright. The staff were friendly, helpful and genuine. We absolutely loved every moment of staying here. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

Good value hotel.

We were very pleased with our one week stay here. The staff were friendly, it was good value, and it was especially pleasing to find a nice private terrace to sit out on. We'd also recommend the La Fontanella restaurant a couple of minutes down the road - best pizzas we've ever tasted and friendly staff!

Basic and ok

Hotel is a bit run down. Difficult to check in as the lady at reception doubles as the cleaner. The room was small and basic. The only really annoying thing was the toilet seat and lid wouldn't stay up! Sitting with the lid against my back was horrible. Luckily I could use the bidet. Restaurant at the hotel was great. Overall it was good price but needed a bit if improvement but if stay again.

Great service, bit out of the way, very pleasant

We stayed in the cheapest-option room and it was very small (and very cheap) but the other rooms (only slightly more expensive) seemed plenty roomy. The locale is up on the hill above Bellagio, which could get to be a bit of a drive over many days, but we enjoyed it and found a great restaurant with a great view half way up. The neighbourhood itself is cute, we found a nice pizza restaurant open late the night we arrived; it's also apparently a significant site for cyclists because the climb from Bellagio is such landmark.

Nice hotel in a small village

We stayed two nights for a nearby wedding. The hotel was nice, okay breakfast and good service. There was not much to find in the village, only two pizzerias where open and it seemed like it was out of season. But the nearby town Bellagio was a really nice town, worth a visit.

Nice place in the mountains above Bellagio.

We spent three nights here in late October 2013 doing a bit of Lake Como. You need a car and the urge to drive winding moutain roads. We selected it based on price, parking and breakfast, not location! Price was a prepaid rate, parking was down the road a bit, and breakfast was very nice. The hostess didn't speak english, but is from Cuba, so our limited spanish would have been more useful. Quiet area at night with a few restaurants available if you didn't eat down at lakeside somewhere.

Simple, confortable et propre

Deuxième séjour dans ce petit hôtel. Expérience un peu moins bonne cette fois ci : nous avions une chambre plus petite donnant directement sur la route... Soirée et matinée bruyantes! Mise à part ce désagrément : personnel sympathique, hotel très propre, literie confortable et bon petit déjeuner.
