This enchanting retreat offers ample space for all guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like Wi-Fi, an upstairs washer and dryer and AC. Relax in the 3.5 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. Soaps, shower gels and basic toiletries that you may have forgotten are provided. The living room's 2 sofas are perfect for cozy movie nights. Or watch them from the comfort of your bed. Every bedroom has its own TV. Owner very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The property was clean and large enough to provide comfortable sleeping places for everyone. Location was quiet and pretty close to our venu and restaurants. Good kitchen with two refrigerators. We were very pleased with this house! Great choice!

Wedding Weekend
Great accommodations! The bridal party and family stayed here for the wedding weekend, and the home was close to the venue and provided plenty of space for all of them! Everyone enjoyed the stay! The home was spacious, clean, and had everything they needed, and communication with the host was easy and quick!! Would definitely recommend this place!!

Birthday home from home
The house is great. It beds many, and the owners have equipped the kitchen for the number of mouths that can sleep here.
The owners are very responsive and had my interest and comfort at heart.
No question this is now a go to when I come to the area for TRF and need a place.

Great place to stay
We had 2 families stay here during our Texas Ren Fest weekend and it was perfect. Close to the festival and could easily sleep the 9 of us. House was clean, easy to find, and had everything we needed. House could easily sleep more than 9.
