Gîtes du Lac - La Charmette

Welcome to our nature spot, nestled between the Séran river, at the foot of the Charmette mountain and a 20-minute walk (departure from the gîte) from the wild coast of Lake Barterand. Here you can recharge your batteries at the door of the gîte: swimming in the lake, hiking or horseback riding, cycle tourism or quite simply, lazing around, relaxing, etc. with a holiday feel! The Gite du Lac - la charmette with a capacity of 6 people, opens onto its outdoor space in nature, on the East side, the garden furniture offers itself as an isolated break, on the South side, the dining area benefits from its clear view of the paddock The current decoration of the cottage, its warm colors, its brightness, surround you with a feeling of well-being, as soon as you walk through the front door. The cottage is functional and equipped with every comfort. On the ground floor, a living room with kitchen open to living room equipped with a convertible sofa; bathroom, separate WC with hand basin. On the first floor: the family room with a view of the paddock, offers a 140*190 bed and two 90*200 single beds. All animals are welcome in this gîte. A supplement of 10€ for the stay is charged. For horses, a paddock, with hay, water available (billing to the owners). For tourist cyclists and motorcyclists, possibility of storing bicycles and motorbikes in a locked shelter. The rental price includes bathroom linen, utilities and departure cleaning. You can reserve bed linen. To note : The gîte is adjoining a year-round rental and a second gîte with a capacity of 5 people. Parking is shared, the courtyard to access the gîte is gravelled with large gravel. 400 m from Lake Barterand, gîte in the heart of Bugey and its mountains.

The vacation home features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fenced private yard, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.
