Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment

Nestled in the heart of historic and quiet downtown Magna, up against the Kennecot mountains, you will find our small, but cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom downstairs apartment!
Only 15 minutes to the International SLC Airport, 20 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to shopping, you can enjoy a relaxed, quiet, out of the way place to stay! We are a 2 minute walk to the local park and less than a minute to the local library, as well as a little hidden gem, Beardall's Bakery, where you can get the most delicious treats, from donuts to cookies and just about everything in between. The locals love it!!! Our street is the best in town, and although a little busy, is very quiet. With an in-unit stack-set washer and dryer, enjoy the luxury of never having to leave to do laundry!
There is a bunk bed set in one of the bedrooms, and the other bedroom is available for you to move your own bed into, or there is a queen mattress available upon request. Any of the furnishings can also be removed upon request.
The kitchen has assorted cooking tools and utensils and flatware for your convenience, as well as some shelf-stable foods.
There is a entertainment center with a functional electric fireplace. The TV is not included. The upstairs tenants can be loud, so be forewarned. I am looking for a clean, respectful tenant, preferably a traveling nurse, or business person. The apartment is as pictured. No pets, no smoking, no drugs.
