It is an ideal starting point for excursions on the itineraries dedicated to bikers and hikers in the Finalesi Prealps. The place is ideal to enjoy the hills of the Italian Riviera of Flowers. The coast is one of the most gorgeous. Bagni Ondina beach is among one of the most stunning beaches amongst Finale Ligure Marina. Restaurants at 300 m for a taste of local cuisine, your daily shopping needs can be met from the supermarket at 4 km. The house is the ideal starting point for experiencing all this, immersed in the numerous routes available for walking and/or biking. There is a fitness room to exercise, and the bathroom has a massage shower to enjoy. A Turkish steam bath is provided for relaxation. Relax on the terrace for a while. Parking is available. Private Garden, patio with solarium and sofas for aperitifs and conversations. The apartment is a single and independent unit with a garden and solarium. Swimming pool and wellness facilities are available on reservations due to Covid. A large free garage (also suitable for SUVs).
