The house, a typical peasant house built between the second half of 1800 and early 1900 is situated in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, 3 km from Lake Trasimeno, near the town of Mansfield, 20 km from Perugia, 35 KM Assisi, has been recently renovated but still retains all the characteristics it had in passato.Il small vineyard still producing excellent red wine and a special sweet wine produced by the same method called vin'santo grandparents, our olive trees is obtained one of the best extra virgin olive oil dop in the area. The house will be rented to one family at a time and includes the exclusive use of private parking.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Umbrien
Wir haben als Familie zu fünft im Juni 2025 insgesamt sechs Nächte in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Magione in einem Garten mit alten Olivenbäume und einigen Obstbäume. Die sehr freundlichen, sehr hilfsbereiten und rücksichtsvollen Vermieter wohnen auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Sie betreiben auf dem Grundstück des Ferienhauses ein wenig Landwirtschaft, im wesentlichen die Kultivierung der Olivenbäume und einiger Obst- und Gemüsepflanzen. Das beeinträchtigt den Urlaubsgenuss in keiner Weise. Das Haus wurde teilweise renoviert und befindet sich in gutem Zustand, die Ausrüstung ist sehr gut, es hat nichts gefehlt. Insbesondere vom Pool haben wir an den heißen Tagen, die wir dort erlebt haben, sehr profitiert. Eine Klimaanlage haben wir nicht vermisst, Lüften am Abend unter Nutzung der Ventilatoren genügte. Die Vermieter betreiben viel Aufwand zur Mückenabwehr, alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengitter ausgerüstet. Das wirkt nach unserer Wahrnehmung. In die Wiese unten im Garten würde ich aber nur mit langen Hosen gehen. Magione ist hübsch auf einem Hügel gelegen und bietet viel gute Infrastruktur für die Selbstversorgung im Urlaub. Der Ort eignet sich ausgezeichnet als Basis für Ausflüge im schönen Umbrien. Ein typischer Touristenort ist er nicht, dafür gab er uns das Gefühl, im richtigen Italien Urlaub zu machen. Genau das haben wir gesucht. Wir haben im Ferienhaus wunderbar erholsame Tage erlebt und hoffen, dass wir eines Tages zurückkehren können.

visite de l'Ombrie
nous avons trouvé cette location conforme à l'annonce, qui nous a permis - car bien localisée - de visiter l'Ombrie . La terrasse et sa pergola ainsi que le jardin attenant nous ont également donné l'occasion d'un repos agréable. Les propriétaires ont su répondre à nos besoins et apporter des marques d'attention que l'on n'oubliera pas.

Natura e pace
La nostra vacanza in famiglia è andata benissimo. La casa è spaziosa, pulita con tutte le comodità. I proprietari, Michele ed Elisa hanno saputo mantenere a questa casa ristrutturata, tutto lo "charme" delle case coloniche umbre, con giardino e gazebo-pergola.
Casa immersa nella natura, ma il centro di Magione è raggiungibile a piedi.
Posizione geografica perfetta per visitare i luoghi turistici e fare belle passeggiate al Lago Trasimeno.
Grazie a Michele ed Elisa per la loro accoglienza e disponibilità, sempre pronti a rendere servizio e dare informazioni. Abbiamo apprezzato la loro sensibilità alla natura ed il loro impegno a coltivare e produrre prodotti genuini.
Abbiamo avuto scambi molto cordiali.
Speriamo rivederli.
