This is a beautiful hotel with unique architecture that blends in well with the environment. Only problem is that it is a bit remote, a cab ride to town.

Very conveniently located hotel in Torres del Paine, but they could improve by being more helpful when working with travelers who aren't part of a tour. I wish they would've provided the opportunity to purchase boxed lunches to take on the hike. The front desk staff and concierge staff were less than helpful helping us arrange excursions, so try to plan everything before you get there.
