Overall a good place, but if you're tall like me you may find yourself hitting your head a fair bit Included breakfast is good and the onsens are a nice addition, but the rooms themselves are a bit barebones and dont come standard with fullsize towels. If a ryokan is your thing, its great

The hotel’s customer service is one of the best things! Hotel staff greeted us on the arrival. Check-in was fast (less than 5 minutes). They allowed us to go to our room 40 minutes earlier than the usual time. Their English is minimal but enough to understand all requirements and regulations. The room is big and very clean. The free on-site parking is big for lots of cars. The beds are very comfortable. I love the pillows. The included dinner with the room was excellent. We enjoyed our dinner, and the foods tasted great. Mr. Yokote, our waiter, was very professional, nice, polite, welcoming, and always smiling. He explained all detailed information of our meals in English. Breakfast buffet was included in the room.

Despite it being a massive onsen complex, we didn't feel like it and the service was excellent, multiple restaurants/bars/baths, 10 minutes walk from city center which probably explains why it's cheaper than the rest of the town.

チェックイン開始前にホテルに着きましたがフリードリンクと足湯で時間まで待つことができ良かったです。スタッフのみなさんも丁寧に対応していただき良かったです。部屋からの景色も最高で部屋はとても綺麗でしたが、空気清浄機の汚れが少し気になりました。
