We stayed one night on our way through the loop. Its cozy, the room was big, the building had character. There's a huge patio along the river which has noce views. The bed was cozy and the breakfast was delicious. I suggest the rice soup for breakfast!

Beautiful location very convenient for the National Park. Lovely lakeside setting. We were not given the room we had booked but due to the language barrier we didn’t chose to overlook this. The property was in need of some refurbishment but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in a triple room as this was only one available despite there being just 2 of us. This was ok and had great balcony over review but we came back and stayed in double room which was much nicer with lovely much bigger balcony. It's a very historic teak hotel which means it creaks a lot but is a very charasmatic hotel and great to stay in. Breakfast is good for a small hotel.

Rooms clean and nice. Parking area a little small, and too close to the road, but okay overall. The breakfast service staff were very kind and professional. The process of selecting an entree for breakfast the night before was a little confusion--perhaps just wait until the morning at breakfast to ask guests for preference, to make the process simpler.

We loved the beautiful wood building, the open breezy lobby and the riverside terrace. The wood room was lovely too. We would have liked to have comfortable chairs in the room balcony to spend some time reading, but other than that everything was perfect, plus they provided parking just across the street. Staff were all very accommodating.

Pleasant stay

The Teak house is a spectacular wooden house, as the name suggests. It is a clean, comfortable place to stay with all the facilities you need. Perfect for travelling in Mae Hong Son. My only suggestion for the hotel is to provide a kettle in the room so you can make a cup of coffee!

Another amazing stay! We stayed here last year for one night but unfortunately on last year's trip I got really ill so all I did was sleep. This time we stayed for two nights and was fighting fit. I adore this hotel, make sure you get a room high up overlooking the river. I loved walking around this area at night... Make sure you go for a roti for 10baht.

Great staff but zero soundproofing in rooms

The staff were very friendly which I really appreciated and the building itself as well as the surroundings is beautiful! However, the building Is made from wood so the noise from other guests travels and vibrates through the whole building. Even footsteps and doors closing can be heard and felt which makes a restful night quite challenging, even with earplugs in
