Place is value for money, but front desk lady was rude and didn't smile single time. Non of the staff smiled with us , looks like we were staying there against there will.

The owners have another hotel in which I have spent many days. Both are picturesque, have beautiful decoration, very clean, and I felt as if I was in the garden Eden. It was just amazing. What I also appreciated is the fact that the owners treat their staff, as well as clients, as family. This is how hotels should be. In my country, this hotel would be 10 times more expensive, and I would not feel as welcome.

Hotel itself is a gem, beautiful property! Rooms were large and clean. During our stay the hotel was not busy at all, we hardly saw any other guests. Amenities wise a bit limited I think because there wasn’t many guests so the restaurant/bar closed early, but there is an amazing cafe across the street.

Mooi maar onpersoonlijk en onsympathiek.

Mooie gemaakt hotel, wel behoorlijk onpersoonlijk. Niemand van het personeel spreekt een woord Engels en niemand zegt vriendelijk gedag. Maar als we een auto willen huren, kunnen we die van de eigenaresse voor niet te veel huren. Het ontbijt is vreemd. We krijgen er friet bij!

สถานที่โดยรวมดูดี แต่ในห้องนอนสภาพแย่มาก ฝาผนังห้องโดนเจาะ ฝาเป็นรู เหมือนจงใจเจาะกลัวติดกล้องแอบส่องมากๆ พนักงานจัดห้องให้ติดกับห้องพักพนักงาน ซึ่งผมถือว่าไม่ให้เกียรติกับแขกมากๆ ที่จริงห้องพนักงานไม่สมควรอยู่ติดกับโซนผู้พัก ซึ่งทำให้ผมคิดว่าผมได้นอนห้องพนักงานเสียไม่ได้ และพนักงานหน้า counter ไม่ยิ้มแย้ม และตอบแบบลำคาญทั้งๆที่ถามข้อมูลเล็กน้อย เช่นผมบอกว่าครีมอาบน้ำหมดก็ไมามีการเติม ให้ทำความความสะอาดห้องในคืนที่ 2 ก็แสดงความไม่พอใจ เป็นครั้งแรกที่ผมใช้บริการผ่าน hotel.com ซึ่งหวังว่า hotel.com สมควรคัดกรองโรงแรมที่จะอยู่ใน list ให้ดีกว่านี้
