Excellent service by the front staff. I arrived 5 hrs earlier than check in time due to flight changes. Karthiga, the front desk executive managed to accomodate the room within an hour. Receiving was very warm , friendly and welcoming. Loved all the suggestions given by her for exploring the place and the heartful gesture of complimentary cake by her team while i was checking out. I would definitely choose this place for future stays.
