The residential area, surrounded by different bars and restaurants with a bullfighting atmosphere; and next to the popular Goya Street ideal for an afternoon of shopping in the English Court and other countless shops of well-known firms; at the end of this same street almost reaching the Plaza de Colón, past the cinemas, you can find the well-known gourmet market "la Platea", where they also have live music.
Exterior and diaphanous apartment, recently renovated located in the area of ??manuel Becerra, near the bullring of Las Ventas.
The large bedroom has 2 single beds, walk-in closet and full bathroom with shower.
The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, vitro, coffee maker, refrigerator and kitchenware. There is a second full bathroom with shower and walk-in closet in the entrance hall. Split air conditioning for cold / heat in the living room and bedroom.
Metro: Manuel Becerra (l6) and direct access to the M30 by car.
