Auténtica vergüenza.
Vergonzosas experiencia. Nos han dejado tirados a nuestra llegada a Madrid y con un niño pequeño. Se nos cobró el importe, nos llegó confirmación de reserva. Sin embargo, el día de llegada nos llega un mensaje cancelando la reserva puesto que ya estaba aparentemente reservado en otra aplicación
