Lovely Studio in Central Madrid

Location location location, super central and incredibly convenient to get around the city. A short walk from multiple metro locations as well! The studio itself was small, but just what we needed for a short stay.Gabriel was awesome and accommodating. Super quick to respond and able to meet us at the metro to do the checkout.

I think i should het my money back. Ive done business with your company fo a long time and i will continue doing busness with Expedia. This property had no towels, we let the owner and never brought any and the tub flooded, no garbage can anywhere and my wife with her period. She have a place dump her stuff. So we weren't able take a shower for 2 days. Worst experience

La cocina del apartamento no estaba nada limpia: el frigorífico sucio, el menaje tampoco y sin cubo de basura. En el resto, polvo y los armarios llenos de trastos y uno con cajón roto.En el baño, la ducha sin desagüe, el váter casi sin espacio y la alfombrilla con crías de cucarachas.La cama, para dos personas, no es de matrimonio. Hay que subir un tramo de escaleras porque el apartamento está en la última planta y no llega el ascensor. En general, no recomendaría la estancia. No buena relación calidad-precio.La ubicación sí era la indicada.

Un lugar con excelente ubicación para llegar en Metro y caminar a sus alrededores y llegar a diversas zonas turísticas, cuenta con lo necesario para una corta estancia en Madrid de vacaciones. Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido horrible, no se lo recomiendo a nadie. He pagado por un alojamiento literalmente comido de suciedad, me siento estafada. Jamás en mi vida había estado en un alojamiento tan antihigienico como este. El apartamento es muy bonito y está en una zona genial, muy céntrica, pero sucisimo todo... Nos daba asco tocar cualquier cosa. El congelador estaba sucio, había cristales rotos dentro y bolsas de hielo abiertas, la cama mal hecha y con sábanas con muchos pelos, el suelo sucio, daba la sensación que no han limpiado nada ni cambiado las sábanas después de que se fuera el anterior huésped. El espejo del baño lleno de salpicaduras de pasta de dientes y agua, la ducha atorada, en fin... Asqueroso todo. Le dije al propietario el estado del alojamiento el día de llegada acompañado de las fotos que le hice a todo y pidió disculpas y listo, no hizo nada al respecto. No nos hemos ido porque no teníamos otro sitio donde hospedarnos, menos mal que sólo hemos estado 2 noches y hemos estado sólo para dormir. Estaría genial poder compartir las fotos...
