Séjour agréable
La communication avec Juan a été plus facile en anglais. L' appartement est grand et a convenu à notre groupe de six personnes pour 7 nuits. Il est très bien situé, à pied ou en transport public de nombreuses attractions touristiques sont accessibles. Nous avions tout à disposition pour cuisiner certains jours. Appartement que nous recommanderons à nos proches! Merci à Juan & Béa, à bientôt

Apartamento amplio y bien situado
El anuncio se ajusta bastante a la realidad. Es un apartamento amplio, con dos habitaciones con cama de matrimonio, otras dos con cama individual y con una salita con un sofá cama doble amplio y bastante cómodo, que es importante. Se pueden alojar 8 personas cómodamente. Admiten mascotas, que para nuestro grupo era imprescindible. Está renovado, limpio, con un baño completo con ducha y un aseo con lavabo. Hay aire acondicionado y cocina completa, bastante bien equipada aunque nosotros no cocinamos apenas. La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la estación de tren de Atocha y de la boca de metro del mismo nombre y del precioso parque del Retiro y a unos 20 minutos a pie de Sol. Por poner alguna pega diría que la sala y la mesa de comedor es bastante pequeña para un grupo de 6/8 personas y que los baños no tienen pestillo. El sistema de check-in, de acceso al apartamento y de salida es muy cómodo, sencillo y funcional.
