The hotel is in a very handy location close to where I was conducting business (a ten minute walk). It is close Madrid airport for fast transfers. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

Rooms are good and clean. Personnel is friendly. Hotel is directly located to Atres TV station which was very useful and close to the airport. You cannot have lunch and diner here. The breakfast is ok but not extremely luxurious. Staying here is cheap, they only charge extra for breakfast. Wifi is for free. Perfect stay for business trip.

Very functional place, which I have stayed at several times before. However someone in there infinite wisdom decided to replace the bar and bar man with a large fridge and a microwave. This takes the heart out of a hotel and in reality forces you to eat away from the place. Rooms clean, shower is ok also. It's just for close to €100 a night I do expect a bar to sit and talk with colleagues. Hence the low score.

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times but dont find it that great place to stay. Rooms are clean but beds are not that comfortable. You will hardly find any English channels to watch. Pathetic part is the internet. You cannot connect your laptop to internet at all. Even in phone it keeps disconnected very frequently.

I have stayed twice and is forced to return as no other options nearby the office. Pros of NH San Sebastian de los Reyes – 1. Nearest one to the Daimler office. At comparatively nearer distance to super market area etc. 2. Few people at the reception only, were courteous and helpful. Cons of NH San Sebastian de los Reyes – 1. Fluctuating rates and seems they have no flat rate with Daimler. Not value for money hotel. I have stayed at better hotels at this rate in other major cities. 2. Room allotted was very small and even basic facilities like Wi-Fi and TV were below average mark. 3. No tea/coffee making provisions in the room. No decent wardrobe or shoe rack provided. 4. There were 2 single beds with wheels were joined together, which constantly moved which you sleep or make sudden movement. Uncomfortable. It’s difficult to stay in that room type beyond 2 days. 5. Breakfast options are again below average with no hot food options. After requesting multiple times, you might get a scramble egg. No wholesome fruits or option for juices etc. 6. Housekeeping staff etc are not very friendly and it was difficult to get basic things like cutlery in the room. 7. No other facility like gym, swimming pool etc. 8. No feedback form to guests, while checking out.

The housemaid made to much noise early in the morning. Lack of restaurant. Closet in room kind of odd. Good location. Has good parking and spacious. The internet connection was kinda weak. I will only return if I haven't another choise.

We stayed in San Sebastian for it is near a friends house, The hotel was very good, breakfast very good and with a good variety, The only thing was that body lotion did not smell good, but is a minor thing in comparison with the rest. The receptionists were very helpful and with a good mood. Would I come back? Definitely YES!!

It is a good place place to stay, clean and with all the amenities you will need. Very good beds for a good sleep. The breakfast is average, but with that need some remarks... for coffee lovers, the coffee machine will make your morning... trust me. And the orange juice is also a good choice. It is a hotel that is very good for business if you need to be in the area.

Stayed here Oct 2016 as a base for historic racing at Jurama. No complaints (cept the coffee machine didn't work). Rooms were clean and maid service effective. It does what it seeks to do - provide a clean comfortable place to stay. No aspirations to be a destination hotel. Didn't try the restaurant - too many really good local eateries nearby and the staff were happy to recommend. Easy access by tube to city centre.

Mithological sculptures at the entrance look truly imposing: all these fountain-Dragons nevertheless keep pouring so much water in rainy days that shallow Pond behind the fence overflows. Strangely nobody seems to be in charge of switching them off so slabs in turn get slippery. But if you thought of sun-bathing in privacy on bright days at the nice little back Garden, cannot either: lawn area is permanently off limits so nobody -visitors or guests- can get in... or out, for that case. Newspapers in the foyer are virtually nonexistent (except sports and yellow press). No bar, no Restaurant, the dining Area is also closed currently: a new contractor for the Kitchen shall take over -we expected- shortly. However there is no notice provided so Guests had not the faintest idea about the fine cider-house and tasty specialties from basque Country at less than five minutes away. Amazing! For no apparent reason facilities seemed to be 10 percent smaller to natural size. Dorms dimensions are so extremely narrow that it results uncomfortable to walk in or move around. So they decided to take away obstacles: cupboard (in the corner) happens to be an awkward piece of furniture with no doors. No bathtub, broken Sink, shower spilling beneath the glass-door: everytime the Customer comes back there´ll be a nasty surprise awaiting. Suffocating ambiance lacks oxygen in summer: empty fridge, no miniBar available, and no kettle in sight nor Coffe-maker. Just in case you´re wondering: no washing-machine nor tumble-drayer downstairs for an in-house last minute cleaning. Emergency ? Who cares! without bath-robe or sleepers you can´t walk either to front Desk for a proper claim. Meanwhile in the back Office the diminutive Vault for left Luggage is a mere 8x4 feet locker with no capacity (given a one-hundred room Inn) for a safe custody of belongings. Even the late John Cleese would hiimself be proud of it... Fawlty Towers at its best!
