Very happy with my stay the rooms where very small but nice the location was very good to explore Madrid very happy

Stayed for only one night I was spending in Madrid. The room was very clean. Suitable for single visitors or small business associates.

This is a great little hotel. The location is perfect. You are not right in the heart of the tourist district but you can get there in 5 or 10 minutes on the subway. When you go out to the restaurants (and there are many to choose from) you are eating with locals and the prices reflect that. The rooms are small but very functional and very clean. The staff is curteous and professional. I did not get the breakfast option so I have no comment there but I did eat lunch once and dinner once at the hotel restaurant and the food was reasonably priced and actually quite good. Any service or need you have can be found with in a 5 or 10 minute walk from the hotel. I paid about $85.00 U.S. a night through and, when you consider you are staying in a European capital city, I would consider that a very good price. So if you are looking for a nice clean economically priced hotel in Madrid you should definitely consider the Best Western Trafalgar.

Hotel Locations is great ¡! Staff actitudes IT is NOT Good !

Loved the convenient location so close to the Metra and in a quiet neighborhood. Truly enjoyed our stay!

friendly, helpful staff. Great access to the Metro.

Breakfast was not included. My friends booked directly with the hotel and they were given breakfast but I was not.

The hotel was clean with small rooms and updated bathrooms. Breakfast was a nice choice of options and staff was friendly. It is a 15 minute walk to Gran Via via Funnercal or good metro access. Little shops and cafes for daily needs around hotel with a nice neighborhood feel to the area.

Great welcome, Orbitz reservation has been well processed. Room was super clean. Great location in the center of Madrid, walking distance to two metro lines. For the price, it is hard, if not impossible, to find better !

bad exprience por breakfast and no luggage room.

Great location, room is very small but we expected that. The bathroom was spotless and looked brand new, room and sheets were clean. We had 2 single beds but was comfortable. For a basic room clean, good location and a good place to rest after long day. Front office staff very helpful and nice to deal with. I would definitely stay again.
