The property is big, with access to two of the buildings. The room was spacious with a kitchen and fridge. The rooftop was nice with some games and loungers. A lot of space to relax outside. The train station is directly across and it was so easy to navigate around. A lot of sight seeing places were within walking distance! The view from the roof is beautiful :) I would recommend this place.

Este hotel realmente me sorprendió. Perfecto para un viaje de diligencias. No acepta menores de 18 años lo cual lo hace un espacio tranquilo y perfecto para trabajar. Tiene en frente un súper mall y la estación de Metro y Renfe.

So I did like the hotel. But my dislikes was. When asked to clean the room. The housekeeper told us she would. To come back and it wasn’t done. We keeps for water and told Us we couldn’t get one. Only the first ones are complementary which was ok. But that wasn’t explained to us first day. So when going to the front desk in the morning. We saw a new housekeeper and told her if she clean the room. She was next door to our room. She told me her and the guy don’t speak English. When I spoke to her in Spanish. She looked at me like she didn’t hear anything. I told the front desk what she said. They told me they’ll have someone clean the room. When we got back. We have new towels. But that was it. She left the trash been full and bed unmade and did not feel the soap in the bathroom. But other than these issues. The hotel is near many things and I like the gym and pool table.

Minimalist but comfy

Comfortable minimalist hotel with big bathrooms, lots of nice common spaces, a decent gym, laundromat and even a games room and movie room! The curtains could be improved to block out all the light - at the moment the edges let a lot of light in. I really like these kind of hotels that focus on comfort and practicality over appearances.

The room is spacious and includes a convenient kitchenette, which was very practical. The location is superb, directly across from Príncipe Pío metro station (just one stop from Plaza de España, or a 10-minute downhill walk). The Opera station is also only one stop away. There is a supermarket 20 meters from the hotel and a shopping mall right across the street. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, including a gym and meeting rooms. Overall, this is an excellent option for visiting Madrid, offering easy access to Gran Vía without the need to stay directly on it.

Awful!!! Hot Yoga Room

My experience in the brand new Nido Hotel was extremely awful!!! The AC unit in my room was extremely underpowered. I arrived very early in Madrid, but my room was ready at 3pm (that's not a negative on the hotel) but when I opened the door it was literally a steam room 29 Celcius (84F), we turned on the AC at the highest level and at 6pm the room was 28 C (82.4F). We called the front desk and they sent the ac technician, he was a very nice guy and basically he said that the air was coming out cold, but he basically said that it was going to take many many hours to get to 22C, but he knew that it was not happening because they have them all set up to be extremely efficient. At 11pm we simply couldn't handle the heat and we had to find and pay for a different hotel. We went downstairs to explain again, but basically he said that he was going to let the technician know to see if they can set them up a little bit better for the next few days. We found a hotel 11:30pm (literally a few steps away)and we took the chance, thinking that it was going to be the same, but to our surprise in only 30 minutes our new room on this new hotel was already feeling better, around 2am the room was nice and we finally had the opportunity to have a good resting sleep. Stay away from this place! To our surprised, we learned that this is a brand new building. Also, there is not even 1 ice machine in the whole building, the room has a full kitchen without a single cup, plate, etc.Horrible experience!

Place is located in the middle of the transit station where you will find a mall and food court. Not to mention only a couple of minutes from the heart of Madrid shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Our room was a suite, 3 rooms each with its own restroom, we had a kitchen, dinning/ living area. The kitchen had a fridge, Microwave, and oven but no utensils, pot or pan in sight. Over all a great place to stay. Would recommend this place 1000%
