Found this hotel via booking sites, but had to deal direct due to family size and requirements. Customer Service was very good from start to finish. Location is excellent for a slightly out-of-town (i.e. quieter) hotel. Its in the business district so mainly used for that purpose. But metro is right outside and is so easy to travel on. In the center within 20 minutes. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfy. Actually, we all slept really well (which may be long days walking, and good food!)! Hotel breakfast is fine. Everything you could want. Clean and tidy and friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel as a great base for city breaks on a medium budget.

Business hotel. Very easy to get to from the airport. Strategically at a excellent location to visit the city yet calm. Big nice clean rooms, hearty continental breakfast, friendly reception. Not ideal for wellness though.

I recommend this place because it is really well-located. In a few steps you are in the train station Paza Castilla which is one of the main train stations in Madrid, if you are traveling from the airport to Madrid downtown you will see this station. Additionally, bus services take this as one of the main stops. It is quite and you can find good restaurants nearby. Breakfast is ok for reasonably good price ( 10 €). Recommend f you are stay most of your time in the financial district of Madrid.

Hotel was absolutely fab spotless clean and 10 mins from the city centre to jump into a cab it's 10 Euro which is not bad at all only issue I had is the price of the water and coke in the mini fridge !!! 3.25 for small can and small bottle! We had a look at the breakfast restaurant one morning to have a look and the girl took our room number but we didn't stay for brekkie although it did look nice and when checking out they charged us 25 Euro but when we told the girl at reception she just took it off the bill other than that the hotel staff were brilliant and good English and friendly enough!! MacDonald right beside the hotel was handy even if there does be crowds hanging around the hotel windows does block the noise out!! Great place to stay and If i was to go back to Madrid id book this hotel again!!

Very central and situated to close amenities which suited us just fine I loved the fleamarket on the Saturday The city has so much to offer but our stay was to short to experience it all! Will take more time next visit

I have visited this hotel already in 2015 and when coming back this September (again for business) I found many of my original queries improved. The carped has been replaced by a wooden floor, generally cleaning and cleanness is now immaculate, the climate control does not make any sound if switched off. Beds are still rather firm but I did sleep well. Blankets however are quite heavy. Breakfast is really good both in terms of selection and quality (for Spanish standards). Staff is very friendly and professional. Some downsides remain, mostly the problem with the elevators which there are only two for the whole big hotel. In the morning every time you wait several minutes before you will find some space in one of them and once at coming back to the hotel from my meeting there was a huge line up in front of the elevators (probably a bus has arrived) so I decided to take the stairs to the 10th (!) floor rather than waiting half an hour. This is really a big fault in the construction of the hotel and unfortunately this will not be able to be changed. One more issue: one night from 10 pm to midnight I tried to work on my presentation for the next day, which was impossible because some people in front of the hotel did make some horrendous noise by shouting and singing (and drinking) which even came through the closed window (and was much louder as the traffic on the Avenida Castellana!). When I phoned reception they told me they can not do anything against it before midnight. Point is they even did not try, if it was my hotel, especially one for business, I would definitely make some effort to try and tell them (in a nice way) to make their “botellon” somewhere else, especially as due to the construction (of the neighboring business towers) it echoes a lot. Other nights were luckily quiet (the windows are sufficiently sound proof, as long as no drunkards show up). In total, the quality of the hotel has certainly improved, construction flaws of course will stay. For businesses that area a good option. .

Super close to the metro makes getting around Madrid cheap and easy. My room and bathroom were satisfactory. There was no iron and when I requested one I was brought an old semi broken one where the temperature labels had worn off. They brought a table top board which was very challenging to use, what with no suitable table. Food in the hotel and room service was very good and reasonably priced. The reception was understaffed and check in took 15 minutes. My colleagues had similar complaints. My room key stopped working on several occasions which was a big pain.

Hotel lobby needs some serious renovation. It was like walking into a 90s diner. Also cars cannot pull over in front of the entrance, so we had to drag our luggage on the street, and there was stairs. Note to management: please have a box of tissue in the bathroom. It costs a fraction of a dollar and your guests finds it very useful, as every single other hotel on the planet offers it. A small bag containing four piece of tissues won't be enough, especially when your guests have to blow their nose constantly. Sound proofing is terrible. Waked up by upstairs/downstairs/next room every morning. Staff needs more training in dealing with international/english-speaking guests. The location is convenient if you attend conferences at IFEMA, otherwise train costs at least 30 minutes to get into central Madrid, where the majority of tourism spots are. Nice things about the hotel: breakfast is acceptable and complimentary. McDonald's right next to the main entrance. Room is spacious compare to other boutique hotels we stayed in central Madrid.

I've been booked into this hotel under a group booking, reception staff are completely inept at dealing with everything ! I'm supposed be here for 1 week ! Now I'm told to vacate the room! I would never recommend this hotel

The hotel is modern and well furnished, the bed is comfortable and the staff was friendly. The check in needed a long time what was quiet annoying but the workers did their best to do it fast I can not blame anyone. We didn't want to have 2 separate beds and the employee upgradet us to junior suite what was very friendly. The area is quiet and I haven't heard any loud people outside at McDonald's! Behind the hotel you can find some public parking places where you can keep your car the night through for free. At 9 am you will have to move the car or you pay the fees. And really do pay, they will give you a penalty fast if not! All in all good for 2 or 3 nights!
