Bright apartment in the heart of Madrid, located very close to public transportation and several important city landmarks such as Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, just a 6-minute walk away.

This apartment is thoughtfully designed with all areas comfortably distributed. First, you'll find the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need, including a ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, as well as cutlery and essential utensils.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, bidet, toilet, and washbasin with a mirror. You'll find complimentary amenities.

Beyond the kitchen, you'll find the living-dining room, which features a table for four diners and a sofa. Opposite, you'll find the television.

The apartment also offers a bright bedroom with a double bed and fresh linens for immediate use. The property is located on the third floor and does not have a lift, please bear this in mind.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guest Registration: Once the reservation is confirmed, guests are required to complete a guest registration form in accordance with local legal obligations.

Smart entry (no physical keys): The apartment is equipped with an Akiles smart-lock. You’ll receive a secure mobile entry link or code before arrival so you can open the door with a single tap on your phone. No physical key needed.

I live nearby and am happy to help when I'm around. However, when I'm not, there's a 24/7 concierge service available to assist you at any time.

House Rules & Additional Fees

No Smoking Policy: There is a strict no-smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Bags can be taken to the apartment before check-in time under request through the platform reservation chat.
