Eriste - 2 bedrooms in Malasaña

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Welcome to Eriste, a stunning mountain-themed apartment located in the vibrant neighborhood of Malasaña in Madrid. Take a stroll through the charming streets, explore the local scene, and indulge in the unique energy that Malasaña has to offer, and when a day is done, come home to Eriste for absolute indulgence. With its spacious layout, stylish design, and convenient amenities, Eriste offers a delightful and comfortable stay for your visit to the city.

Spanning 108 square meters, Eriste features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each furnished with a cozy queen-size bed. Both bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms, providing privacy and convenience during your stay. One of the bedrooms also offers balcony access, allowing you to step outside and enjoy the fresh air while taking in the lively atmosphere of Malasaña. The third detached bathroom ensures ample facilities for you and your fellow guests.

The living room of Eriste is a welcoming space where you can relax and unwind after a day of exploration. It features a full entertainment system, perfect for enjoying your favorite movies or TV shows. Additionally, a dedicated workstation is available, providing a comfortable space for catching up on work or browsing the internet. The balcony and wooden furniture pieces give the space an outdoor mountainous feel.

The fully furnished kitchen in Eriste is a culinary haven, equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for your cooking needs. It also includes a dining table, allowing you to enjoy meals in the comfort of your own apartment.

To ensure your comfort throughout your stay, Eriste is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. You can adjust the temperature to your preference, creating a pleasant indoor environment regardless of the weather outside. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
