The apartment is located in a privileged location just a few minutes from Gran Vía, in the heart of Madrid, just a step away from cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants and all the tourist attractions of the city.

It is a practical and functional 45 m2 apartment for 4 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.



It is located on the first floor and the building does not have a lift.



The apartment consists of 1 spacious and sunny bedroom with a 1.35 cm double bed dressed with its bedding, split air conditioning cold/heat, TV and space to store your belongings.



The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for two people, air conditioning with cold/heat split and a TV.



You will find a dining area for 4 people.



You have a modern and spacious bathroom with hydro-massage shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the beds.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 4 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
