It is a practical and functional 52 m2 street view apartment for 8 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.



It is located on the first floor and the building has a lift. In the lobby you will have to navigate a few steps to reach the lift.



The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms; two with a double bed of 1.35 cm and a third with two single beds of 90 cm, all the beds dressed with their bedding.



You will also find a comfortable sofa bed for two people in the living room and a ceiling fan.



The accommodation is equipped with portable air conditioning, electric heating, television and storage space.



You have 2 bathrooms; a full bathroom and another with a sink and shower; bath gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the beds.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 8 people and other usual utensils, where you will find a dining table. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.



The accommodation has everything you need so that you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.

Comfortable and centric

The apartment is in a great location only a short 2 mins walk from Calle Gran Vía and very clean. It is very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and clean. The only downside we found was that there’s a couple of bars around (2 in front, 1 next door) and the noise can be heard inside.
