Le salon n'est pas tres lumineux (contrairement a ce que les photos montrent). Environnement bruyant aussi bien à l'interieur(bruits du voisinage jusqu'à 1h du matin et reprise dès 5h-6h) qu'a l'extérieur ( une rue à 4 voies a proximité) , le marché s'installe le dimanche sous les fenêtres de l'appartement !!Le gestionnaire n'est pas très reactif: 2 jours pour intervenir sur un problème avec les toilettes. Une fenêtre était peu etanche ce qui laissait passer le bruit extérieur. J'ai du le relancer plusieurs fois.Le quartier est bien situé par rapport aux lieux touristiques. Le logement est propre et possède tous les équipements nécessaires.

We stayed for over 10 days and felt very comfortable, the unit is fully renovated and spacious. We traveled with our 9-month old son and they installed us a crib which worked perfectly. The location is convenient although the neighborhood is busy and can get a bit noisy (specially on Sundays) but that’s inevitable in Madrid. Overall, it’s a great option for its value and we definitely recommend it.

La ubicación es muy buena, ya que está en La Latina y si decides bajar un domingo temprano, podrás disfrutar del mercado más famoso de Madrid como lo es El Rastro. La distribución interna del apartamento es perfecta. Los acabados de lujo, decoración muy trendy, la cama es súper cómoda y el baño es espectacular. Tiene todo lo que se necesita.. ahh y Javier es un gran host. No dudaría, ni un segundo, en rentar con The Charming la próxima vez que esté en Madrid
