It is a 20 m2 practical and functional street view double room in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.



The room is distributed in a modern space with a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding and a pleasant balcony to the street.



The accommodation does not have air conditioning installed at the moment, but we have provided a portable air conditioning unit; in addition to an electric heater, space to store your belongings and television.



You have a modern bathroom with shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the bed.



You also have a mini fridge, microwave, small breakfast appliance, crockery and essentials for 2 people.



You will find a laundry area for shared use with other guests in the common area of the accommodation complex.
