It is a 20 m2 practical and functional street view double room in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The room is distributed in a modern space with a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding and a pleasant balcony to the street.

The accommodation does not have air conditioning installed at the moment, but we have provided a portable air conditioning unit; in addition to an electric heater, space to store your belongings and television.

The bathroom has a comfortable shower, bath gel and a hairdryer.
We provide one towel per guest that you will find on the bed.

You also have a mini fridge, microwave, small breakfast appliance, crockery and essential tableware for 2 people.

You will find a laundry area for shared use with other guests in the common area of the accommodation complex.
