This was our favorite apartment for our Spain trip. It was modern, clean, everything worked well, the kitchen functioned well and it was convenient to a metro station. The owner was communicated well and the place was available at the appointed time. I was a little confused about the layout from the photos so I thought I would explain. You walk in and there is a kitchen with a table. Behind that is an area with sofa aad TV. Behind the sofa is a Murphy bed. We moved the sofa against the wall toward the kitchen and used it was a second bedroom. There is a full bath attached to this “bedroom/living space”. The Murphy bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of closet space for clothes. Upstairs to the left is a sitting area and desk. To the right is the bedroom and full bath, again with great closet space. The bed was comfortable. As two independent people, this layout worked well. There was construction outside but it didn’t bother us as we were gone during the day and the construction ended at night. I would definitely stay here again. Great location, great apartment and great host.
