Unexpected change

The apt was nice but it was a different one that we have booked due to the broken door and mold issue in the originál one. We found out about the change on our way from the airport. Also the area was slightly different. Other than that it was OK .

Another appartement

Sadly we got "upgraded" to another appartement, due to a problem with the hot water so I can't tell how the originally booked one is. We heard from the change, when the transferdriver told us another address, he will bring us to. The Appartement had less bathrooms then we booked and the whole appartement was pretty untidy and there was mold in almost every corner of the bathroom and in some of the bedrooms. Although it is not the fault of the appartement, the inner courtyard is very loud due to tge neighbours, that speak and laugh till deep in the night. The kitchen and everything else in the appartement is old and a little shaky, but still okay. All in all, I think I would not book it again.

Un sinverguenza el anfitrion .nos avisa un whatsap 15 minutos antes de llegar metiendonos una trola diciendo que tiene problemas para abrir la puerta y que el cerrajero le tardan 24 horas cosa que es imposible y mentira. Titak nos deja tirados como una colilla y nos ofrece itro apartamwnti eb peor ziba ,una habitacion y ub bañi menis que el que tebiamis reservado

La gestión ha sido terrible al ser cancelado el mismo día de entrada por el propietario sin soluciones por parte del mismo ni de la empresa. Todo muy poco fiable al tomar en cuenta la frecuencia con lo que esto pasa en las opiniones
