Staff were warm, helpful and courteous. However limited check in times and staff not around at other times. I was on the top floor - problematic for elderly/disabled? Also sloping roof compromised the general space. I banged my head twice on going into the bathroom. Room and bedding generally clean. I felt a bit boxed-in in the shower. The shower electric heater was significantly problematic- either too hot or two cold positions of switch. But also a very poor power to the water flow.

We couldn't fault our stay. Our room was on the second floor with velux windows in both the bedroom and bathroom affording lovely views. Both rooms were spotlessly clean and warm. There is a well stocked amenity tray and a mini bar containing lots of choices. We were even offered fresh milk for our tea & coffee, so much nicer then UHT pots! The breakfasts are fresh and delicious, with a very good choice of juices, fruit, yoghurts, cereals and full English. We wouldn't hesitate to return if we find ourselves in Hereford again.

Great little B&B, amazing for the price and so close to the train station only an hour into Cardiff. Off-road parking at the front off the property, easy check in, we were given fresh milk for the teas & coffee in our room. There was a mini bar with plenty of choice if you wanted to purchase drinks. The room was clean, had plenty of space and everything you would need for a short stay. But the absolute best bit was the breakfast, great choice of hot and cold food, all included in the price of the stay.

Always a pleasure to stay here when in working in Hereford, lovely room comfortable bed, and quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of parking out front and lovely gardens with seating and tables

Overall, a nice place to stay for the weekend save for a couple of minor spoilers - dead flies around the bathroom window were still there after the second day. Also, I found that the shower tray was very slippery, bordering on being dangerous for an old git like me - this is a health and safety issue which really needs sorting. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts were good.

Great Hereford BandB.

Beautiful house, very tastefully furnished. All amenities you could require available in the room. Great breakfast, both cooked and continental. Only 10 minute walk into Hereford and the trains and buses. Only slight criticism was some bits of maintenance needed in bathroom, black on silicon at bath taps, floor grouting needed attention and sink plug didn't fit properly. Sheila and Steve were super friendly proprietors, happy to do anything to ensure a great stay.
