I bilked and paid but didn’t stay there instead got myself another hotel. My flight was arriving late after 8 pm so I tried to call them from US multiple times to inform but they kept saying system down and we can’t do anything. I emailed and messaged them but no response. I didn’t want to take the chance to go there with small kids and not get the room that I paid for so I reserved another hotel where I know I can check in after 8:00 pm local time.

I recently stayed at Zaha Taiba Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable stay. It’s about a 15-minute walk from Masjid Nabawi, which is manageable and convenient. However, my experience was soured by the man at the small café near the check-in area on the first floor. He was quite rude, which left a negative impression. Good customer service is essential, and because of this, I would think twice before staying here again. Overall, the hotel itself is nice, but the staff’s attitude—especially in customer-facing roles—needs improvement.

I have booked the breakfast(which is suhoor ) and after the confirmation hotel replied that they are providing Iftar , which is not convenient at all for people who are fasting .

One of the staff member used his card and walked in our room while I was sleeping. He said he wanted to check something in the washroom. I did call the receptionist and let them know right away, later the manager started to yell at us saying that we called him for cleaning which wasn’t the case. After being rude and yelling, he did realize that it was their fault so he gave us a different room at another floor. I was gonna stay there for 10 days. I had to book another hotel and move the next day. The staff is very rude. I won’t recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms are not clean either. The environment around the property is not safe either.

The hotel is nice for what you pay for. It’s not the most comfortable, and the staff is not very responsive. It is a 30 mins walk from the masjid. We called them twice to fix the power, and no one came. Also there is no heating system, so please pack warm clothes to sleep. There is a small shuttle, but we just used Uber straight to the Haram which was easier for someone that needed a wheelchair because the shuttle drops you far. Breakfast was okay. All in all, it was fine. Reception staff is hit and miss.
