I spent 3 nights at this hotel before I headed off to do umrah. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. I got to the hotel room early and was checked in within the hour, which was superb. I can confirm the staff are very helpful, warm & pleasant and clearly take pride in their jobs. I felt extremely safe with them as a solo female traveller. I booked a double bed room, however I was given a bed that two single mattresses put together, although this was solved in the end, it was frustrating having to clarify the difference between a double mattress and putting two singles together. However, I can confirm they did their best to accommodate considering they were at full capacity & acknowledged the issue. I was eventually checked into a different room the next day. In the meantime they insured the current room with the two mattresses was as comfortable as possible. I would definitely stay here again as I felt valued and safe as a customer. Small things to improve on: The hot water in the shower gets cold quickly (within 20mins) The kettle in the room doesn’t turn off automatically once it reaches a boil. Overall, thank you to the team. I loved my time in Medinah. Special shoutout to Saif, Abdallah, Solafa, Zayed and the bell boy at the front I never got his name (always happy and smiling). The location is great, it is directly opposite gates (322,320). There is a small supermarket/corner shop on the right which is super convenient as a traveller!

This was a great hotel. Service was excellent. The breakfast options were wide. It was a short walk from gate 320, which made it really convenient. Overall, a really good place to stay.

Tulip Inn is one of the best hotels in Madina. We stayed two separate hotels in madina during our stay we felt very goos about this hotel. Room is cleaned regularly as scheduled, happened to meet and spoke to Sanowar Saikh is a gentle man who also checked in and makw sure we are good and have everything we need.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Great breakfast included with stay. It is right opposite the Prophets Mosque but you will have to walk for about 15 minutes to get inside the Mosque. However during busy periods you ca literally step outside the hotel and be part of the congregation which extends out to near the hotel entrance.

Excellent staff

What really stands out is the hotel's excellent staff. The housekeeping team is excellent, especially Sumon who helped arrange our laundry multiple times. Also deserving of commendation is the hotel's f&b staff led by manager Fouzrullah, all of whom were very attentive to our needs. The bellmen, receptionist were all great. The room condition itself is average as to be expected of an inn, the view of haram is great.
