Location was great - less than 3 mins walk to entrance of the masjid courtyard and numerous shops closeby with lots of taxis passing by too.

The staff in the reception, one of the staff was very unhelpful and tuff in behavior. The hotel did free upgrade to 2 bedroom hotel apartment for more easy stay. Refused to help check in as early as possible. My flight arrived on 12pm whole check in was at 4pm which is too far any where else.

You pay for what you get. We were comfortable although the rooms were small. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They always asked if we needed anything and they brought the stuff promptly. Plus it was so close to the Prophet’s (pbuh) Mosque. We were able to make the prayers on time.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: this is a beat up property. Very dirty! Very old! Only positive is that it is very close the main gate. I suggest stay in this area but choose a better hotel.
