I loved the clean room and house keeping staff but I was kicked out of the lounge area as I need to handle a business meeting and was told to go back to my room rudely by security.

Yes all that. Staff was really caring and was even going out of their way to help and care for the comfort and easiness of its guests there. No matter how bizi team was there. Carers was making sure all amenities are provided in the room and never out of stock when people are using for their respective rooms.

One of the best hotels we stayed at in the world! The staff is amazing and up to par, the rooms are clean and cozy. The biggest advantage is the proximity to the Haram (less than 5 min walk).

Close to the Prophets' Mosque in the best part of town. Clean room, okay size. Most of the staff is good. The gym is just a sad room with two treadmills, it is misleading. For a high quality hotel, this upgrade is required.

An amazing expereince with super friendly staff. They are a newer hotel but they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. First time where I felt that the whole staff were like my friends. I asked for a late check out from 12 to 2 which they gave me and then again they allowed me to move it from 2 to 3. Would definitely recommend staying. The interior is also very beautiful.

Ask if the Bellman was so kind and helpful. He made sure to be there for whenever I needed help with my bags and guide me through the hotel for the process of the restaurant, etc.. Even the Houskeeping was so kind and nice and gave me everything I needed I will definitely be staying at this hotel every time

Average hotel, as they call themselves 4 star. On my arrival they did not find my booking. Finally they found something and they kept asking me for the payment receipt to Expedia. They told me that Expedia has not paid them, so they need to see some proof. After 4 hours of back and forth they finally gave me the room. It was quite frustrating. Never in my 30 years of travelling any hotel asked me the receipt of payment. It was quite disappointing on the service and attitudes in this Holy city of Madinah, where one travels for some comfort and piece of mind.
