Room carpets were dirty. On the other hand staff was so curtious and helpful that other stuff doesn't matter. Specially brother Imran on the front desk he did all his efforts to find out our lost luggage in Egypt Airline and guided us in the we found our luggage next day. Many many thanks to brother Imran. He's a real asset to the hotel. I will refer my friends with a good remark Thanks

The hotel was very clean and organized. The building is newly renovated and everything was nice looking. The neighborhood feels and looks like you are in Bangladesh but the hotel itself is nice. The walk to the Haram is not easy because you have to cross two major highways. I recommend taking the white Taksis to the haram which charge 15Rials each way - getting to the haram was easy.

AVOID, move right along! the reviews for this place do not match. we only stayed one of 3 nights. the room was tiny and the carpet was dirty. this whole "hotel" was more of a hostel, from the rooms to the lobby. very displeased, requested refund for at least 1 of 2 nights but they refused. way over priced and not appropriate.

Worst experience ever:- 6 people booking - 3 towels given for 4 days. No house keeping done despite repeated requests. No wake up call despite 3 requests. Flush blocked on our 2nd day of stay. No drinking water replenishments. TV not working. Sofas patch, dirty and people’s hair on them. Dirtiest and smelly carpet ever in all the rooms. No bath/door mats outside/inside bathroom. Requested for sharing iron 5 times, not given. Big dip in front of lift as soon as you leave the lift on the 4th floor. Almost fell every time. Not 12mins walk to the haram as advertised(takes 25mins) And many more…….

STAY AWAY. While checking in, the waiver mentioned to check the room for any issues. Once we did, we found the room in unclean conditions, hair on the bedding, stains, mold in the bathroom, and the lock broken. We refused to stay and once the uber came, he shared that we were the 6th persons to leave this place. It was so hard finding accommodation last minute and this place will not refund or even acknowledge this issue with Expedia. Save your money, and book close to the haram. Ps. The “walking” distance is sketchy and not on straight ground, the marketing is inaccurate.

The staff were horrible. The room was dirty. The bed sheets were not changed. You can see other people hair on the bed sheets. On top of that the outside is crazy . I wouldn’t never book this . There were also bugs in the room . I would give Zero stars if possible.
