Stayed here twice this year on overnight stops to South of France. The hotel has a nice reception but the rooms are tired and could be cleaned better and the room safe didn't work. Don't bother with the restaurant, the 1st time we stayed they served 2 families who ordered at least 20 mins after us first, they asked my wife how she wanted her omelette cooked, (odd) and the special I had certainly wasn't special. The 2nd time they closed off half the seating in the restaurant which crammed us all into a small area, when I asked to be moved to another table due to overcrowding I was made to feel I had done something wrong, We then watched a family of 4 being served 3 meals who then had to ask for the 4th after waiting 5-10 mins, which took a further 5 mins, the staff had clearly forgotten to order it and seemed to find the situation funny. We have stayed in many Novotels across France and this is certainly not up to their usual standard. We will not stay here again.

We were surprised at these state of the hotel - just look uncared for Staff were pleasant but their uniforms look like they were all cleaners - the grey and white T shirts and Jeans and trainers are not a good look - the receptionist in the morning did have a black jacket on which made her abit smarter - The poor staff in the restaurant were overwhelmed in the evening they tried their best - tables where not cleaned - people were having trouble getting the right bills - The general condition of the hotel is tried and need a revamp

We stayed here as a quick stop over on our way home to the UK. The hotel was well presented and located just off the main motorway. We booked via a booking website online and were given one of the older rooms in the back of the hotel (cheaper). It was clean but very basic however it served the purpose for one night. Worth it if you want something well located on your journey in France. Would stay again as a stop over.

We have used this Hotel many times as do many British people. Great location, very comfortable hotel with a very good breakfast. Almost next to the motorway, without the noise makes it an easy and comfortable drive to Calais

We booked thus hotel in advance as the location would be almost halfway our trip to Cap d’Agde. Hotel located next to the toll road A31. All in all it wasn’t good, it wasn’t bad, the only thing i want to say is that breakfast is a bit expensive from my point of view. Friendly personnel.

Poor room in the old part of the hotel. Mold in bathroom and broken lights. Definetly not worth the money. Breakfast was good nothing fancy but ok. Foto on website look not alike the room. Not clean..

We love this hotel and use it as a great stop over on the way to Italy. Rooms are great for families. But the change from a restaurant to a buffet is the reason I gave only given this three stars instead of four. It was such a shame as the food on offer was no longer as good as it used to be and what we were hoping for after a long drive.

Second time we have used this hotel as a midway stop over on our way to the south coast. It offers everything we need - comfortable room, good restaurant, secure parking and close to the motorway - although far enough away to be quiet.

It’s a shame as in 2016 we were impressed by the place. The summer visit was disappointing. The pool is teeny and rammed with 21 children. Impossible to see the bottom. The restaurant is closed for summer. Nothing gluten free bar rolls in plastic heated in the microwave. Rooms are clean and linen crisp. We slept well. Staff kind too

Well situated, close to Autoroute. Warm welcome, good and friendly service.Comfotable room. Swimming pool. Buffet dinner was dsappointing. Choice was limited an quality of food was mediocre. Good wine list.
