Wonderful object in ideal surrounding, with excellent sea and mountain view

The object is located in steep hillside situation nearly 2 km away and 200 m above Machico center, very quiet and surrounded by small agricultural areas. The apartment is part of a house, but has an own entrance and you are absolutely undisturbed in a wonderful flowering garden with impressive subtropical plants. The modern apartment is quite large with high ceilings, making it somewhat challenging to heat during winter, but there is plenty of warm water and a powerful and safe electrical heater for one room (obviously, this should not play a significant role from around March to November). There is full kitchen equipment and fast WiFi. Agency staff is extremely friendly and supportive - everything has been organized perfectly. A big thank you to everyone!
