O hotel promete um pouco mais do que entrega. As instalações são novas e modernas, e o atendimento de forma geral é cordial. Um grande diferencial, raro na região, é a garagem gratuita, o que facilita muito para quem aluga carro. O café da manhã também é ponto positivo, bastante saboroso. No entanto, alguns detalhes comprometeram a experiência de um hotel que se propõe a ser 'Grand'. Primeiro, a higiene: encontramos toalhas sujas no quarto, o que é inaceitável. Segundo, a usabilidade do quarto: apesar de confortável, o quarto é bem pequeno. O pior detalhe de design é o controle do ar-condicionado, que é fixo na parede ao lado da porta. Isso obriga o hóspede a levantar da cama toda vez que precisa ajustar a temperatura durante a noite, o que é bastante incômodo. Boa opção pela localização na Ponta Verde, mas vá ciente desses detalhes.

Pontos positivos: atendimento cordial da equipe, em especial do Matheus e da Hellen; bom chuveiro; café da manhã com variedade boa, inclusive para mim que tenho restrição alimentar; localizado próximo a tudo (orla, panificadora, farmácia logo em frente, supermercados, etc). Pontos negativos: estacionamento apertado, é muito difícil manobrar o carro entre as colunas, principalmente quando está cheio; cobertor fino, insuficiente para dar conta do ar condicionado; controle do ar é fixo na parede e bem longe da cama; iluminação baixa; controle da tv não funcionava e mesmo tendo conseguido ligar no botão, não havia canal sintonizado; acústica ruim, dava para ouvir tudo do corredor e até um pouco de quartos vizinhos. Enfim, foi razoável para duas noites, mas pelos quesitos estacionamento e acústica, não me hospedaria novamente.
