The Hotel seems to have a large number of rooms which is not compatible for the only 3 (yes, three) slow elevators. It should be noted that 1 elevator appeared to be broken, so only 2 functioning). When I was there, the Hotel seemed to be fully-booked, which made me take the stairs up and down from the 5th floor as the elevator line was huge to be waited. Moreover, the breakfast was a nightmare for both guests and Im sure for the staff as well. Food was missing on the buffet because of the capacity, a waiting line outside the restaurant because of lack of tables, at some point no coffee cups and plates. Last: the pool. It is such a small pool for a booked hotel that if everyone decided to swim at the same time, clearly that wouldn’t be possible to happen because it wouldn’t fit.

Muito boa a hospedagem. Excelente atendimento dos funcionários. O café da manhã não foi tão bom. A tapioca era dura e não dava para comer. Viemos de Maragoggi onde numa pousada simples ,o café era maravilhoso Sentimos falta de um funcionário fazendo as tapiocas e os ovos mexidos. No demais tudo gostoso. A funcionária Janaína foi muito prestativa.

O hotel é muito bonito e bem decorado, o quarto era muito amplo, com mesa e cadeira para estudo/trabalho, cama confortavel e grande, com boas roupas de cama. o staff muito atencioso e simpatico, me deram um easy e late checkin de 1h. o hotel é para quem quer conforto, mas não está tao proximo (a pé) do centro de restaurantes e bares. mas em 10 min de uber voce está lá.

Tive alguns descontamentos com o hotel: 1. As toalhas disponíveis no banheiro do quarto estavam manchadas e ásperas, 2. O secador de cabelo estava quebrado (solicitei a troca e trocaram) 3. Almocei no restaurante do hotel - a la carte: o prato demorou horrores para chegar assim como a sobremesa (pudim) e um café. Nem tive tempo de comer a sobremesa/café pois tinha um compromisso, mesmo assim foi cobrado. 4. Por fim, precisei antecipar minha saída em um dia e solicitei compensação entre o consumo do frigobar e o almoço/sobremesa/café com a diária não utilizada, o que não foi concedido. Definitivamente apesar de ser bem localizado acredito que não retornarei a me hospedar no Ritz suítes.

É um hotel que se diz ser 4 estrelas, mas na minha opinião não passa de 3 estrelas. Por ser um hotel Ritz, eu esperava mais. Área de lazer pequena, os quartos são grandes mas nada demais. Pedi um cobertor para dormir e eles não tinham, apenas aqueles padronizados fininhos. Café da manhã não tem muitas opções, acabei todos os dias comendo a mesma coisa. Sem contar aquele pessoal que fica abordando na saída do café da manhã todos os dias, não respeitam quando vc diz que não quer, ficam tentando vender cotas. Acho que são muitos hóspedes para o tamanho do hotel, acaba ficando uma muvuca de gente, até mesmo no café da manhã. Isso pq fui em uma época que não é muito movimentada. Teve um dia que a camareira entrou no quarto sem bater na porta, eu e meu marido estávamos dormindo, até assustamos. Enfim, único ponto positivo foi a limpeza do quarto que era ok. Não voltaria!

Foi o melhor serviço de limpeza de quarto que ja vi em todas as nossas viagens. A Jessica foi responsável pela limpeza do nosso e realmente fez um trabalho fora da curva. O hotel é novo e bonito. O ponto negativo foi o calor durante 3 dias no restaurante, com ar condicionado não ligado no calor de Alagoas e a qualidade das refeições, que não era boa.

Sempre que vou para Maceió fico aqui, o quarto é ótimo, a limpeza é maravilhosa, os funcionários são muito simpáticos, o café da manhã é bom e te bastante variedade e qualidade. Só gostaria de deixar a sugestão de adicionar hidratante nos amenites, pois é uma cidade de praia e é bom tá se hidratando.

Já é minha segunda vez nesse hotel. Acho prático para quem vai pernoitar e seguir viagem no dia seguinte. É um hotel simples, funcional, bem localizado. Staff de recepção simpático, check-in rápido. Meu único incômodo é com o salão de café da manhã, sempre muito barulhento e lotado. Antes do horário informado de término os funcionários já começam a retirar os talheres para nos servirmos no buffet e alguns itens do próprio buffet. Isso pega mal. Mas a tarifa está condizente com o hotel como um todo.
