Tivéssemos 2 problemas, no primeiro apartamento, o chuveiro eletrônico não funcionou, fomos trocado de quarto. Depôs que fomos pro outro quarto, passou alguns minutos e tivemos um apagão no quarto, ficou funcionando apenas o ar condicionado, luz e tomada parou de funcionar. Eles sugeriram dormir no quarto ou mudar novamente. Já estávamos cansados, já tinha desfeito a mala novamente, preferimos só dormir já que o ar condicionado estava funcionando e sair logo do hotel. Pior experiência que tivemos. E para finalizar na hora do checkout, pedimos um desconto por todo acontecido, e a resposta que tivemos foi que não era possível, porque tinha feito a reserva pelo hotel.com!

Fui cobra de um adicional por diárias do meu pet não mencionado no site do hotéis.com. Tudo era meio velho e sujo. A porta do quarto parecia já ter sido arrombada e apresentava fragilidade na chave. O barulho na avenida é terrível. O café da manhã é bom para o preço mas o per não pode ficar na área externa. No final ainda havia na minha conta cervejas , que não consumi e taxa de limpeza adicional, que não paguei.

Viagem de 6 diárias, as quais tivemos várias complicações tanto de infraestrutura como torneira do banheiro quebrada, frigobar enferrujado, gaveta do armário abrindo sozinha, painel de luzes e som funcionando parcialmente, e quanto a parte de limpeza dos quartos, travesseiros e fronhas cheirando mal, armário empoeirado, gaveta com cabelo, enfim… NÃO RECOMENDO MESMO ! Com uma observação, a atendente de cozinha Sra Ana, pessoa espetacular e muito atenciosa, merece todo respeito, pois conduz seu trabalho de forma excepcional com muita simpatia e dedicação. Parabéns Dna Ana… vc merece um Hotel melhor para trabalhar! Saliento aqui que não tenho intenção nenhuma em prejudicar o Hotel, porém a verdade tem que ser dita. Não recomendo

Pontos a melhorar: Quarto com paredes mofadas, não tem onde apoiar celular enquanto carrega, no banheiro não tem onde pendurar a roupa molhada e as toalhas e produtos para o banho (shampoo e condicionador). Chão do banheiro molhado o tempo todo por causa de vazamento. Papel higiênico muito fino e de pouca qualidade, recepcionistas não foram acolhedores, elevador em manutenção. Pontos positivos: Cama confortável, ar condicionado funcionando bem, Café da manhã bom mas com pouco diversidade de opções, piscina boa.

Café da manhã bom. Comidas e bebidas ok. Além da equipe atenciosa. Equipe da recepção também muito boa!! O rapaz que fez meu check in foi bem atencioso na entrada e também durante.
