Acabamos não nos hospedando na pousada devido à um episódio lamentável com o staff. Posteriormente no dia seguinte a Marcia que nos atendeu super bem desde o início, nos reembolsou integralmente o valor da estadia. No entanto, o lugar tem tudo para ser uma maravilha.

O único motivo que não nos agradamos foi o atendimento na recepção. Ambos os funcionários no atendimento da recepção não se mostraram receptivos, muitos sérios e não passaram informações sobre a estadia (como comodidades da pousada, horário do café da manhã..)

Ideia de localização muito aconchegante, localizado dentro da mata atlântica trás uma paz e silêncio maravilhoso. Porém deixa a desejar no café da manhã e no cuidado com o hóspede. Não gostamos do acesso, para entrar nela tem um portão q precisa ser solicitado q abram por um interfone, mas não se importam se está chovendo ou qualquer outra coisa, de todo jeito temos q descer do carro, fazer a ligação p solicitar e aguardar.

A pousada, apesar de não ser nova, mantém as instalações em excelente estado! Poucos quartos, lugar e vista lindos! Perfeito pra uma escapada a dois. Staff atencioso e prestativo. O jantar estava apenas razoável; penso que pode melhorar nesse aspecto. Recomendo!

Adoramos a pousada. Só o banheiro do nosso quarto que possui um janelão de vidro para o jardim e é fechado por uma cortina fina e pequena que não fecha toda a visão, achei sem privacidade. O box também só isola uma parte da área de banho molhando todo o banheiro, podia ser todo fechado.

Serviço ótimo

Os serviços são ótimos. A infra estrutura é do tipo "rústica", o que diferencia a pousada, fazendo com que o local tenha um charme, não encontrado em hotéis ou resorts. A piscina é muito boa. A comida ótima com preço justo. Massagem super. O único incômodo, por eu ser muito sensível a barulho, foi o som de música externa, à noite.

Um lindo feriado

A pousada, junto com toda a equipe, estão de parabéns. A pousada tem uma ótima estrutura, com quartos espaçosos, uma vista incrível, tudo muito bem cuidado, charmoso e cheio de detalhes. Os funcionários em especial Juliana (reservas), Bruno (recepção) e Sil (cozinha) foram super atenciosos antes e durante todo o período da nossa estadia. O café da manhã, e demais pratos, deliciosos. Os animais que circulam pela propriedade dão um toque super agradável e bem diferente do nosso estilo, corrido, de vida de uma grande capital. Realmente não tenho o que reclamar, e sim só agradecer a todos que fizeram do nosso feriado dias lindos. Obrigado!
