Minha experiência no Laguna Praia Hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. Logo na chegada já percebi a falta de preparo da recepção: não recebi informações básicas, como instruções para acessar o Wi-Fi, e ao entrar no quarto faltava uma toalha. Esse tipo de descuido já demonstra desorganização e falta de atenção com o hóspede. O pior, porém, foi o problema do chuveiro. Na primeira noite descobri que a água estava totalmente fria. Desci à recepção e fui orientado a mexer em um interruptor, algo que obviamente não resolveu nada. Na manhã seguinte deixei a chave na recepção, informei novamente o problema e ouvi que verificariam. Quando voltei à noite, além de não haver ninguém na recepção, o chuveiro seguia sem funcionar. Nada havia sido feito. Somente ao falar com outro recepcionista, mais educado e responsável, conseguimos um quarto provisório para tomar banho quente. No dia seguinte usamos esse quarto, saímos para um passeio e, ao retornar, me informaram que finalmente haviam consertado o chuveiro do quarto original. Mais uma vez, não era verdade. Liguei o chuveiro e a água continuava gelada. No meio do banho, um funcionário da manutenção apareceu dizendo que só então tinha sido chamado. Ou seja: além de falha de comunicação, houve falta de transparência e comprometimento. Apesar do bom café da manhã e da ótima localização, nada compensa os problemas enfrentados. Voltaria muitas vezes a Maceió, mas ao Laguna Praia Hotel certamente não.

Quarto sem limpeza, atacou alergia em mim e da minha filha, tivemos que ir as pressas comprar um antialérgico. Box do baheiro encebado, chuveiro nao esquentava, e saia pouca agua (claramente com sujeira antiga nas saídas de água), teto com teias de aranha. Procurei no mesmo dia o hotel e apos relatado todos os pontos acima, trocaram a gente de quatro, porém outros proboemas surgiram... Privada sem descaega, baratas no banheiro, ar condicionado barulhento.

Experiência traumática

Hotel faltava até papel higiênico. Passei quatro horas aguardando uma toalha para tomar banho. Hotel vende quartos alem da capacidade de acolhimento. Pois faltavam funcionários. Parte do hotel em reforma. Café da manha faltavam pratos, copos e talheres limpos para os hospedes se servirem. Essa foi a minha experiencia traumática.
