Muito boa localização, custo beneficio das instalações é condizente. Único porém é a limpeza. O hotel precisa ser detetizado. Apareceu 2 baratas. Tomei um grande susto. Nao tem pano de secar o pé ao sair do box.

As condições do hotel estão pessimas. Fiquei em um quarto que tinha muita barata pequena, subiam até na cama. Pedi para mudar e olhei dois, um estava com mofo na parede, o outro estava em melhores condições, mas sem água quente. O café da manhã foi um dos piores que já vi, comida feia, ovo ressecado, higiene duvidosa em muitos sentidos. Recomendo que troquem os ralos que são abertos e permite baratas entrarem, assim como detetizar para tirar as barras dos móveis. A cama é super dura e os travesseiros finos. A única coisa boa são os funcionários que são educados e prestativos.

Minha experiencia no hotel não foi boa. A cama é extremamente desconfortável (muito dura), o café da manha é bem ruim (frios ressecados, frutas passando do ponto) e tinha insetos no quarto (baratas e besouros). Apesar disso, os funcionários da recepção nos atenderam muito bem.

Hotel muito bom!!

Gostamos muito do hotel. Ótimo atendimento, quarto limpo e cama boa. No banheiro a água do chuveiro escorria pra fora do box acumulando água no banheiro. O café da manhã é bem simples mas estava bom. Ficamos um dia neste hotel e voltaríamos de novo.

hotel antigo o mesmo já teve um incêndio , quarto com cheiro de mofo , cama dura , colchão péssimo , atendimento insatisfatório. banheiro com tampa bacia quebrada , chuveiro quente não funciona. funcionários da cozinha não segue as normas de bio segurança, uso de adornos, alimentos exposto com insetos pousando. péssima experiência .

Superou minhas espectativas!!

Funcionários educados e cordiais, sempre disponíveis par anos atender, Quarto dentro do esperado, Limpo, Roupas de cama limpas, Roupas de banho tbem, espaço considerando que tinha uma cama de casal e duas solteiras confortaveis, água morna no chuveiro e com bastante pressão, o café da manhã tem o normal de todos hotéis (frutas suco, café, bolos, cuscuz e seus acompanhamentos, pães e frios e eles fazem na hora tapioca é outras coisas, A área de lazer muito aconchegante, os móveis de jardim todos novos, o estacionamento não está incluso mas compensa pois a maioria dos hotéis não tem o hotel está em reforma mas mesmo assim eles conseguem entregar o que oferecem e acredito que quando terminar será ainda melhor. Reservei antes de ler comentários e após me surpreendi, com certeza voltarei!!! Maceió é Massa😍😍
