HOUSE 270M2 TWO INDEPENDENT PLANTS POOL AND BARBECUE 8 ROOMS

The house has two floors fully equipped and autonomous and interconnected, but we are open to the option of renting if it were the case only the lower floor with access to the pool for tenants.
On the lower floor with capacity for 7 people, it has 3 rooms; a triple room and two doubles with double bed, bathroom with double shower and toilet, internet and fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine, direct access to the porch that leads to the barbecue area and pool.

The upper floor with beds for 10 people but capacity for 12, since you have two double rooms with double beds, two double rooms with two single beds, a room with bunk bed and also a sofa bed for two people. Full bathroom with shower, full kitchen including washing machine, terrace on both sides and large entrance and porch.

The maintenance of the gardens and pool during the rental period would be at our expense. And the tenants do not have access to the machine room and boiler.

We do not rent rooms, nor is the house rented to groups whose majority is between 18-25.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 8 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Belle vue et très grande terrasse couverte fraîche

Bonne location, maison très grande avec 2 niveaux qui peuvent être indépendants. Point très positif, la zone terrasse sous la maison toujours à l’ombre et grande piscine avec cuisine été/bbq très bien équipée

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables dans cette maison ! Idéale pour des vacances entre amis , la maison est spacieuse et la piscine est très sympa. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Je recommande cette location.

Great holidays. Super vacances

Nous avons passé 15 jours formidable dans cette maison. Nous étions 12 personnes il y avait largement de la place pour tout le monde. Dolores est une formidable hôtesse,elle nous avait même fait quelques courses pour notre arrivée.....avec plusieurs type de boissons fraiches qui nous attendais.... Encore Merci Dolores nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances . Thanks a lot Dolores fir everything . We have great holidays in your house.
