Pedal-powered go-karts suitable for adults and teens is available on-site for guests to enjoy.

An electric children's go-kart may also be available by advance request and is subject to availability. A $100 fully refundable security deposit is required for the electric go-kart. Electric go-kart is suitable for riders upto 110lbs.

GUESTS ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY WHEN USING THE RACING TRACK. HELMETS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE USING THE TRACK. Failure to wear a helmet or follow the safety rules is strictly prohibited. Children must be supervised by an adult. Please drive responsibly and follow all track rules for everyone's safety.

Your four-legged family members are welcome too! We allow up to 2 dogs to stay with you. For large-breed dogs over 50 lbs, please reach out to the host before booking for approval.

- All pets must be house-trained.
- Pets are not permitted on sofas, beds, or other furniture.
- Pets may not be left unattended inside the home unless securely crated.
- Guests must clean up indoor pet accidents immediately.
- Please pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste from the yard.

The private backyard provides space for your pets to enjoy the outdoors.

Parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles (this includes any towed boats or trailers). Parking is not allowed on the grass. Please utilize the driveway for all parking. If you need to temporarily park along the roadway for any reason, be sure you are pulled over sufficiently to allow passage, and that you are not blocking access to neighboring properties. Please do not park on any other properties including empty lots.
